1. The Basics

By accessing or using ServerVouch, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to everyone who uses ServerVouch, whether you have an account or not. If you don't agree with these terms, don't use ServerVouch.

We may update these terms from time to time. If you continue using ServerVouch after changes are made, you are agreeing to the updated terms.

2. What ServerVouch Is

ServerVouch is a platform for discovering, reviewing and viewing information about Unturned servers and their communities. Server information may be automatically collected from third-party services, including Steam, and may not always be completely accurate or up to date.

ServerVouch collects your IP address along with page visits, browser type and referrer data for site analytics and abuse prevention. By using ServerVouch, you agree to this data collection.

ServerVouch does not own, operate, control or officially represent the servers listed on the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise. A server being listed on ServerVouch does not mean that ServerVouch endorses, recommends or is affiliated with that server.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for everything done through your account. You must not share your account, allow another person to use it, or attempt to access another person's account.

You must provide accurate information when required. Creating multiple accounts to avoid restrictions, bans, review limits or other enforcement actions is not allowed.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate accounts at any time where we reasonably believe the account has been used to break these terms, abuse the platform or interfere with ServerVouch.

4. Reviews

Reviews are meant to reflect genuine experiences. You may only submit a review if you have actually played on, used or otherwise genuinely interacted with the server or service you are reviewing.

Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. You must not submit fake reviews, fabricated experiences, reviews on behalf of somebody else, or reviews intended to artificially increase or decrease a server's rating.

You must not manipulate reviews through multiple accounts, coordinated voting, bots, automated accounts, paid reviews, review exchanges, incentives or any other method designed to influence ratings or rankings unfairly.

We may remove, hide, edit or restrict reviews where we believe they are fake, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, duplicated, manipulated or otherwise violate these terms.

5. Server Owners & Staff

Server owners and staff must not use ServerVouch to manipulate the reputation of their own server or another server. This includes creating or controlling accounts to leave positive reviews, removing legitimate negative feedback through manipulation, paying users for reviews, or organising review campaigns.

You must not impersonate another server, community, person, organisation or ServerVouch staff member. Server names, descriptions and other information must not intentionally be misleading.

6. Prohibited Behaviour

You must not use ServerVouch to:

• Spam, flood or intentionally disrupt the platform.
• Harass, threaten, stalk or target other users.
• Post hateful, discriminatory or abusive content.
• Post knowingly false or deliberately misleading information.
• Attempt to manipulate ratings, rankings, reviews or statistics.
• Use bots, scripts or automated systems to abuse or overload the platform.
• Attempt to bypass bans, restrictions, rate limits or other security measures.
• Attempt to circumvent IP-based abuse prevention or visitor tracking.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, databases or other parts of ServerVouch.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them to us.
• Scrape, copy, reproduce or commercially exploit ServerVouch data without permission.
• Impersonate ServerVouch, its staff, another user or another organisation.
• Upload or distribute malware, malicious code or anything intended to damage or interfere with systems.
• Use ServerVouch for any unlawful purpose.

7. Ban & Restriction Evasion

If your account is suspended, restricted or banned, you must not attempt to bypass that action by creating another account, using another identity, using another person's account, manipulating identifying information or using technical methods to evade the restriction.

Attempting to bypass an enforcement action may result in the new account or associated accounts being permanently restricted as well. We may use reasonable technical and account-related information available to us to identify repeated abuse or attempts to evade enforcement.

8. Content You Submit

You remain responsible for content you submit to ServerVouch, including reviews, comments, server information and other material. By submitting content, you give ServerVouch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the platform.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that doing so does not knowingly violate another person's rights or applicable law.

We are not required to keep any content on the platform and may remove content at any time where we consider removal appropriate.

9. Third-Party Information

Some information displayed on ServerVouch may come from third-party services or publicly available sources. This information may change without notice and ServerVouch does not guarantee that third-party information is complete, accurate, current or available at all times.

ServerVouch is not responsible for the actions, content, availability, rules or performance of third-party servers, communities, services or websites linked through the platform.

10. Availability

We will try to keep ServerVouch available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be changed, suspended, limited or taken offline at any time for maintenance, security, development or other reasons.

11. No Guarantee

ServerVouch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform, its information, reviews, rankings or server listings will always be accurate, complete, reliable or available.

You are responsible for deciding whether you trust or act on information found through ServerVouch.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ServerVouch and its owners, developers, staff and contributors are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or other losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or information provided through it.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would not be legally permitted.

13. Enforcement

We decide how these terms are enforced. Enforcement may include removing content, removing reviews, restricting features, suspending accounts or permanently banning users.

We do not have to provide advance warning before taking action where we believe immediate action is necessary to protect ServerVouch, its users or the integrity of the platform.

Attempts to exploit technicalities, loopholes, wording differences or unintended behaviour in these terms to circumvent their purpose are not permitted. The rules apply based on both their wording and their intended purpose.

14. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was made incorrectly, you may contact us through our official support channels. We may review the situation, but submitting an appeal does not guarantee that an action will be reversed.

15. Changes to ServerVouch

ServerVouch may be changed, redesigned, updated or discontinued at any time. Features may be added or removed without notice where reasonably necessary.

16. Termination

You can stop using ServerVouch at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access where you violate these terms, abuse the platform, create a risk to other users or where we otherwise reasonably consider it necessary.

Termination does not remove obligations that are intended to continue after your access to ServerVouch ends, including provisions relating to submitted content, liability and enforcement.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any other rules or policies specifically referenced by ServerVouch, form the agreement between you and ServerVouch regarding your use of the platform.
